The HYOGA Sports Group recently hosted their inaugural event, the “Home-based Exercise Workshop”, on July 13 2024, at the School’s indoor basketball court. We were thrilled to have Professor Lena Fung, an experienced and highly qualified instructor, leading the workshop.
